Van’s Story

Hi, friends! My name is Van, which is fitting because I was found hiding underneath one at the Airways Police Station. The officers said I would have to go to the shelter if no one could take me, but thankfully, a kind human stepped up and brought me home!

I am about 9 months old, weigh 40 pounds, and I am not quite full grown. I am also heartworm negative!

I am already crate-trained, house-trained, and leash-trained. I ride well in the car, love meeting new people, and am always ready for my next adventure!

My foster says I am the goodest boy, and who am I to argue? I am affectionate, intelligent, playful, and very goofy. I love toys, wrestling, and chewing on things because I am still a puppy, after all. I have plenty of energy and personality to keep life entertaining, but I am still learning my manners. I will need a patient family ready to give me the time, attention, and training every young pup deserves.

I have not yet been tested with cats, but I do great with adults, kids, and other dogs and love being out in public.
