Quincy’s Story

Meet Quincy! One of our volunteers accidentally selected the wrong Kroger location for her grocery pickup at Poplar and Quince, but it turned out to be the perfect mistake because that’s exactly where she found this sweet pup. So, meet Quincy!

This adorable 3-month-old baby is all ears — literally — and full of spunk! He’s still rocking his tiny puppy teeth, loving some toys, weighs in at 16 lbs, and with those big ol’ paws, we can tell he’s going to be a big boy one day.

He’s fitting right in at his foster home with two big dog “brothers” who are showing him the ropes, and he’s eager to jump in and play and has currently kicked them both out of their big dog bed for naps. He is doing well in his crate and even has been going to the door to be taken out for the restroom. He’s also already had his first round of shots and is doing great!

If you’re looking for a new adventure buddy with a heart of gold and a whole lot of growing to do, Quincy might be your guy!
