Millen’s Story
We are happy to welcome four wonderful SENIOR dogs from the Columbus Lowndes MS shelter after their owner was recently diagnosed with cancer and could no longer care for them. The shelter reached out to Streetdog Foundation for help, and we’re so happy we could step in for these deserving pups.
All four dogs are incredibly sweet, social, and dog- and people-friendly. They are heartworm negative, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. We’re unsure about cats but can test if needed.
Millen is 8 years old and simply looking for a quiet place to retire and be loved. He loves a simple routine, easy walks, and plenty of naps. He is currently on medication to manage a health condition and is doing very well. We’re happy to share more details with interested adopters.
These seniors have been through a BIG life change and deserve loving homes where they can feel safe and cherished again. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, one of these sweet pups might be the perfect match.
