Memphis Slim’s Story

This big ol’ handsome boy has been on the mind of our Streetdog family for a while now once we found out he was living outside, so he holds a special place in our hearts. Slim is 6 years old, around 80lbs of pure sweetness, and he’s been such a good boy in his foster home. He gets along great with other big dogs, loves kids, and is super eager to please (a.k.a. very trainable) but would probably do best in an experienced large dog home.

He spent most of his life outside, but what he really wants now is a cozy couch, some belly rubs, and a family to call his own. 

Slim is heartworm positive, so he’ll need a little R&R while he goes through treatment but don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it!
