Benito was found lying injured on the side of the road on Lamar Ave after being hit by a car. Thanks to some kind humans, this sweet pup was rushed to the vet for urgent care.

At first glance, things looked grim. But he surprised us all…no broken bones! While he does have a partially collapsed lung and several painful lacerations on his legs, his spirit remains unshaken. He’s now in good spirits on the road to recovery with his rescuer who offered to foster him. 

His strength, paired with the love and support of his growing fan club, is already working wonders. We know this is just the beginning of his journey and we can’t wait to see where it leads. Could you be the one to help him write his next chapter?
