Can I order a physical plastic card?

Not at this time. Gift cards are electronic and available as email or printable pdf.

How is the gift card received?

Email. An option to enter the recipient email and note will be displayed at checkout page.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Gift cards never expire.

Do gift cards cover tax and shipping?

Yes.

Can a gift card recipient split an order between a gift card and a credit card?

Yes. If their order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, they can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

Can a gift card recipient use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes. Customers can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

Can a gift card recipient use less than the full value of my gift card?

When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

Can I refund a gift card?

Yes. Email merch@streetdogfoundation.com.

Can I buy multiple gift cards in one order? Or purchase a gift card with other products?

No. Gift cards are individual purchases.

Are there any restrictions on items that can be purchased with a gift card?

No. Gift cards can be used for any item.

How does the recipient check their balance?

The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

What do I do if I lost the gift card code?

Email merch@streetdogfoundation.com and the code will be resent to the recipient.

Can customers add value to a gift card?

No. Not at this time.

What can be purchased?

Gift cards are only applicable to Items listed in the Streetdog Shop.
